I'm only giving a 3 because I like Chick-fil-A food in general. The one in the mall is terrible. I understand that places are... short-staffed but the customer service is lacking. The boy that took our order acted like it was annoying him to take our order.Then there were probably 10 people just waiting for food. They gave me my drinks but no straws. When I finally got my food, Ihad to go back and ask for cutlery for the kids meals. I didn't even bother with the wrong sauce they gave me or the fact that Iordered a 12 piece nugget meal but got a 9 piece. I would call it a fluke but I got the same service the time before that (lessthan a week prior). Read more
