Great steaks. Enjoyed ribs as well, wings, potato skins. Cole slaw was not good and was room temp. ???? Friendly service. The... only negative aside from slaw was the loud noise of what I believe was someone scrubbing the floors of the bar area. It was loudand distracting. Probably should have waited to do that. Three of four dinners were terrible. Two fish and chips and one shoe leather steak. Steak ordered med rare. Could have patched... my shoe bottoms with it. Won't be back. Today Tony and I went to Logan's Roadhouse Steakhouse for lunch. The food was very nice. We both ordered Medium Rare Steak with... Baked potatoes with sour cream and butter with side salad with 1000 island Dressing and Tony Ranch. He had a Big Butt Bud Liteand I had my half n half tea w Lemon and Lime tea... Stopped in on Memorial Day .. never disappoints! Food was delicious! Steak cooked perfectly and crab cakes were perfect,... everything was delicious and came out quickly. Service was top notch. Great food and friendly service! Read more
This place is disgusting and the food is horrible as well. They served me raw shrimp, then 15 minutes later the waitress came... back and I addressed the raw shrimp.. She took the raw shrimp back and returned 20 minutes later with the same shrimp.. I knowthey were the same because the one shrimp I tried to bite into was placed back on the skewer falling into pieces with my teethmarks in it..That is 1 not safe food handling practices after the raw shrimp set cold and raw only to be refired with my salivaon it touching surfaces in the kitchen and whoever touched the shrimp to reskewer then then touched others food...crosscontaminated everything in the kitchen..How many other germs did I consume of others...nasty. The salad was wilted and shouldhave been thrown out, the sirloin had a weird smell like it was out of date and rancid, the mashed potatoes had no flavor atall.. This restaurant will not continue to do business with all these issues going on.. That bathroom was so disgusting I almostthrew up... I've worked in food service management in my 20's and have been trained on food bourne illnesses and such and allaround the board this restaurant has failed...I've never been here before but, I promise I will never return, it was a alarmthat the entire restaurant was empty upon arrival..The local community has already discovered what I had to foolishly discovertonight..The place is disgusting and, furthermore has disgusting food.. Let alone the fact of black fruit type of flies landingon the bread and eating the butter for the rolls.. Save yourself from this location...I travel and have eaten at more Logans Ican recall but, never in my life have I seen a chain restaurant miss the bar so bad in my life..Whoever owns this establishmentneeds to address this issues or just go ahead and close this location.... Waitress was nice. Salad had to much white lettuce. 1 roll at a time. I had to request a second roll. No more peanuts. Steak... was horrible. Looked like it was old with freezer burn. The center wasn't cooked but was grey. I didn't finish it. Went totaco bell to eat dinner that night. Much better experience at Texas roadhouse a couple days later. Read more
Eh it was ok.... Rolls as always were great but not 'never-ending'. Our server collected our empty basket but never offered or... brought more rolls. All 3 of us got an 8oz Sirloin and we all choose different side dishes. Lets just say that the side disheswere the highlight of the meal. 2 steaks were to be med-rare the 3rd medium. Medium steak was cooked nicely; only a light pinkcenter but warm all the way through. The 2 that were supposed to be med-rare were very rare. Bright red and cold center withonly the outside cooked. We ate most of the undercooked steaks so we didn't feel as though we could complain but going forwardI will definitely ask the server to explain what their establishments version of a med-rare steak is before deciding how I wantit cooked. Oh and at 4:15ish on a Friday when it didn't seem busy (lots of open seating and employees standing around) we hadto wait at least 20 minutes on our food AFTER we placed our order with our server.
