Had an incredibly unique experience today. We ordered a Pizza for pickup around 11:50, requested to pick up in the usual 20-30... minutes, but then called back because of something unexpected to let them know we were going to be late picking up our pizzaorder. The lady on the phone said she was going to cancel our order because it was "odd" that we would order for a specifictime and then call back to let them know we were going to be late. Not sure if this lady literally never had anythingunexpected come up cuz her life is so perfect, or if she was just hungry and wanted to eat our pizza, but she said she wouldhold on to it for us to pick up. Despite reassuring her that we would be there as soon as possible, she canceled our order andit was no longer available to pick up when we actually arrived sooner than we told her we would. ???? All for the best, we endedup getting mod pizza and won't be returning to this particular Aurelio's location. Called to order pizza on a Saturday night, somehow they are closed. Website says open, Google says open, definitely not open.

They were so kind. Tonight, in a major snowstorm they made one last delivery. We had come in for my Dad's funeral and very few... places were delivering since it was New Year's Day. The pizza was hot when we got it. The delivery person was kind. Themushrooms were hot and tasty too. The canolli was good too( and not hot from the other food items.) Ordered my usual pizza yesterday and the fiesta seemed to be a little undersized and overcooked. Usually it's a 5 star pizza... but I have noticed if no pizza circle is in the box it seems to be shortchanged. Also this is the 2nd time I have tried to ordera p Salad and couldn't get one. This place is amazing! started getting pizza from here about a year ago and this is my family's favorite place.

Exceptional food and service every single time. My order is always ready on time and always correct. Best pizza in the area... hands down. Customer service is always wonderful, too. We've ordered 2 years in a row from Aurelio's for my organization's conference, and they've been wonderful! This place is AWESOME!! I had heard alot of great things about Aurelio's, but had never been close enough to one to try it. We... stopped at the location off of Summit and IL-83 and met an awesome lady named Carol!! She was fantastic and gave us some greatsuggestions. Not only were her suggestions spot on, her conversation was great as Well! I definitely plan to visit this location(specifically) the next time I'm in Chicago. Carol made the experience truly worth it. The pizza wasn't greasy what so ever andit also had incredible flavor and was cooked perfectly. The toppings were fresh and complimented the flavor of the pizza sauceand cheese. The fresh garlic took everything and blew it out of the water!! This place is definitely worth it!!
