I ordered a coffee and had a $2 gift card towards the cost. The man that put in the order accidentally added bagel bites. He... couldn?t figure out how to fix it so the manager came over to help. She told me that because I used a gift card they couldn?tfix my order and did I want a bagel bite or donut! I did not and wanted my money back for the bagel bites. I had to argue withher twice and miraculously she gave me cash back! It was their mistake so why do I have to take something I didn?t order! Noapology and the guy also got my coffee wrong. Read more

Used to like coming here. But they got too comfortable with me tipping every time. Last trip I forgot they changed it to 2pm for... the special. The lady had a Lil attitude said if "I wanted it or not" I still purchased it but not sure if I want them to havemy business anymore. I spend around $55-$60 / week with them. Read more
