This McDonald?s is great. They have a nice big play place and a light up table that can entertain different age groups. We ended... up staying for over an hour since the kids enjoyed playing there. The place was clean and I saw someone cleaning up every 30mins or so. The service was ok, but food was great and when I had an issue with a coupon, the manager came and helped resolvedthe issue and he was very nice. Read more
I stopped today at this McDonalds bc it was on my way home from running errands. I ordered 4 ordered of pancakes. Unfortunately,... the pancakes were hard and stale. When I called to let them know they wanted me to bring them back to get a new order. I toldthem I could not bc it was out of my way and I was tight on time. The man I talked to told me I would have to save the food andbring it back at my earliest convenience to get a refund. I will take the loss because I?m not going to pick out the food fromthe garbage. Poor customer service and poor quality food. I will stick with my original McDonalds in Lombard. Read more
Cant believe that i am writing a 5 star review for a mcdonalds but this crew deserves some credit. I left a meeting at the elks... lodge, needed dinner on my way home. The crew was quick and i cant describe how bubbly and happy the night crew was. Hats off tothe tuesday night crew!! Never disappointed Read more
Customer service is dreadful with the exception of a few employees.. the drive thru employees are just down right rude most of... the time. Example instead saying hello welcome to McDonald's may I take your order, you get a somewhat irritated employee can Itake your order, and the employees say things like... that's it? What else you want? Or instead of a total it's first window..not to mention the only products worth ordering are breakfast.. the lunch/ dinner products are poor in quality... it's a shamecause that location used to be one of the better stores.. it's recently changed its whole staff with young inexperienced andapathetic people who look like they could care less about one the most iconic fast food restaurants in the world???????? So the food was okay. However the customer service was terrible the short black possibly new girl because I seen someone come &... ask her how was everything going. She kept walking on in the middle of someone while they ordered it was not only me I witnessedwith my own eyes while I was waiting on my order to get picked up. Also she was on her phone aswell as kept pulling it out whileon the clock at the register like have some type of respect you are working. Read more

I went to this establishment for the first time and I just say I was very impressed with the bathroom layout. The soap dispenser... and water and hand dryer are all part of one faucet. Also I was very impressed with how management handle a very rude young ladythat came into the restaurant using profanity about her not getting enough pop in her cup. The manager gave her what she wantedand didn't engage her with a rebuttal. Very professional and well trained team. Read more
Manager (Hispanic 5'7 male late 40's black/gray curly hair) refuses to give name because I told him I'd write a review to his... corporate manager... Whenever I come for food. This man treats me poorly. Not only with his service but with the food as well.This man had the audacity to hand me a melted mcflurry and proceeded to tell me that the machine wasn't working, AFTER Ireceived the item. Coincidentally, whenever I visit for a bite.. They can only take cash. Extremely suspicious. Make no mistakeMr. No name. I will be in contact with your district/corporate manager. Also the lady in the drive thru, (again refuses to givename) lied and told me she was the manager when she clearly wasn't. What else does the o'keef McDonald's hide from theircustomers. Hm. Oh wait let's not forget the fact that this specific McDonald's feels entitlement to charge more for the samequality food.
