I had such a great time dine here. Everything was really good, but my favorites were the maxwell street polish sausage. the... employee working here is so warm and absolutely tend to all your needs. It was best experience. I can't wait to eat here again. Read more
The teenager there are very rude and don't listen at all and they roll there eye's! The teenager now adays have to much leniency... and no discipline at all! If you don't want too work, stay at home and let someone better do the job! Read more
Ok, it?s still fast food, but a local sent me here to get a ?beef sweet hot dipped? and a hot dog with everything, and being a... ?noob? to Chicago I took him at his word. The verdict? The Beef with sweet peepers and hot peppers dipped in au jus was?spectacular. The hot dog with ?everything? was great too, but? everything apparently doesn?t include catsup, mayonnaise,relish, or sauerkraut? ok, I?m not from Chicago, BUT I would think that ?everything? should include at least 2 out of the 4previously aforementioned items? so? go for the beef steak or if you order a hotdog with ?everything? make sure you define?everything? for them? I've been to a lot of Portillo's restaurants all over the Chicagoland area and for some reason the original still is the best... one to me I've never had a bad order from them! Waiting in line at the drive-thru I seen a little tiny sign on the ground newstrawberry lemon cake shake. I'll tell you this if I would have seen this on a big billboard I would have drove for Miles justto try it but needless to say I did try and hands down it is a Twist on a really good thing best thing I've ever tasted!! The food is unbeatable for authentic Chicago fast food. The atmosphere is stuck in the 50's and could use an update.
