Me and my wife popped in at the Standard Meadery yesterday for our first time and we were blown away. The service was great,... very very friendly staff and the drinks.....perfect. My wife had the painkiller, I had the zombie (to start) and they were verygood. We finished with a few Watermelon Pina Colada's which were also very good (recommended by other customers). Very good place if you are into craft beers or mead. If your interested in trying mead for this first time you should consider... this spot. My personal advice is stick to the mead over the cocktails. I tried the old fashioned and wasn't a huge fan.Otherwise the location and atmosphere are a very cool hangout spot. Read more

Awsome spot to relax and have a nice drink and or snack. Love the atmosphere, staff, and the different drink options. Had to get... a piña colada symbiosis to go. Also had the coconut dreamsicle (AMAZING), session - Pineapple, Peach, & Mango, and the PassionFruit, Pineapple & Guava. Definitely need to come back when I'm in town. Had the pleasure of checking this place out for the first time at their 1 Year Anniversary Party last night! A friend of mine is... really big into Mead and is a member. Luckily I got to tag along to check this place out and celebrate with them as they've madeit through the long year of Covid! I've never had Mead like the ones they make and I can't get enough. They had other vendorsthere and I got to check them out as well. I think I've become a Mead drinker after last night, and I can't wait to get backthere!
