I was disappointed today when I tried to use my birthday reward at this location and was told that it is not coming up in their... system. I did show them the reward on my phone through the app and through the email and they could not get it to process...Instead of doing a right now recovery which is available to them they offered me the drink at 50% off. Needless to say I didnot get my drink at this Starbucks.... Instead I went to another location and not only did I get my drink but was given a freebirthday cake pop! Read more
I love this Starbucks! The staff is amazing, especially Danielle and Jacky! They?re always super sweet and my drink tastes great... when they make it. The refreshers are always super sweet and flavorful at this location, while at others they?re watered down. Read more

Over-priced, ultra caffeine laden coffees that taste like burnt dog hair. But their caramel Frappucinos are the nectar of the... gods. The chorizo breakfast sandwich is amazing. Judging from all the other people there, it is a good place to write your nextscreenplay, talk about your significant other, or just be a pretentious douche that is too good to get a $1.50 coffee fromDunkin Donuts a mile away. This is a Starbucks inside a Target. I have lucked into no line the two times I've been here, but that is definitely NOT... typical for a Target Starbucks. Even with no line, making the drink and getting the food takes much longer than at atraditional Starbucks. I'm not sure if the employees are Target employees who get a bit of extra training, because they are notas efficient as regular Starbucks employees. Worst Starbucks I?ve been to. The girls were slow as molasses and were swearing and talking about how they got injured during... sex. And this was all in front of a family that had little children.... I didn?t even get a receipt or even any kind of kindcustomer service. Cashier was very rude. I asked her for cream and sugar. Got mad because I asked. Then when my drink was done they gave me the... coffee with no cream and no sugar even tho I specifically asked for cream and sugar. To top it off the environment was very slowno customers were coming in except me. Then the white girl who gave me my drink got mad because I told her I asked my drink withcream. Very bad service. I was super surprised from the customer service at the drive through few days ago (9/22/22 to be exact) I forgot to ask the... woman for her name but she is probably the best Starbucks employee I ever came in contact with. Her positivity and vibes made mymorning and the day in general absolutely amazing. Thank you and keep up the good work. I will definitely stop by again when iam in the area. Read more
