This location should just be shut down. Got in line. Only 1 car in front of me and they were already at the window... paying. Placed my simple order and then waited almost 10 minutes before anyone took my payment. And then it was almost another10 minutes before I received my food. Will never go back. Read more
If you ever have an Uber eats order here, just cancel it or wait Along time! On top of waiting for 20 minutes for an order WITH... NO CUSTOMERS, they didn’t even bring my 3 sliders for that 20 minutes. At least bring me my food while I wait. Waited at the drive through so long I had to shut my car off, then finally ordered my food one person took my money then the... pulled up to the next window the same person gave me my food. Ate my food in my car, ordered the number 2 two double cheeseburgers fries and a drink. The meat tasted like it was sitting in a food warmer, not fresh at all . White Castles burgers arealways cooked fresh this is the first time I received a non fresh burger. I will not go back to this location ????. Read more

Location is marked as 24 hours Friday Sat Sunday and this is not true. Was hungry late night on a Friday and drove 30 mins since... this store is marked open 24 hours on a Friday. At the menu board I was informed they closed 10 minutes before I got there eventhough there were 2 cars waiting at the window ahead of me. I was told to back out of their long curving driveway which wasimpossible to do. What a joke. They won’t have my business ever. Read more
Food was ok. Wife had a taste for white castle so I ordered online for pickup. That part all went well until I got home. ... Clearly stated in the special instructions was no pickles and no onions. Well needless to say I had more pickles or onions fromthe sliders we ordered than I thought would be possible. Read more
Nice clean location quality of food is good every time I go there this White Castle definitely gets a five-star rating!
Yikes. It would be great if they would take an order. There isn't a way to leave the drive-thru either once you're in line.... Don't waste your time. The workers will stare out the window at you and turn off the lights. Read more
