I order from here for the first time and I won't ever come back to this location. The wings were barely sauced and had no... flavor. I have never actually seen the actual wing because the other places drench the wings on sauce which I absolutely love. Idon't even think they gave me the Atomic sauce because it wasn't even hot. I have order from different wingstops so i know howthe sauces taste. So it was disappointing because that's why I wanted wingstop because i love the Atomic sauce. Not to mentionthe food was lukewarm which isn't a huge factor since I could just reheat it but I wasn't even late picking up my order so itstill should have been pretty hot Will def be sticking to the Oakbrook location I have never been disappointed anytime I haveorder from them. When we arrived, we seen one of the young workers grab their phone then went back to working without washing hands, the soda... station was absolutely dirty and messy. Then when we got our food the wings barely had any sauce. I would say this is one of theworst wingstop locations. Read more
Been here quite a few times because I received coupons in the mail and was curious about all the negative reviews. I found the... service to be quite good, the food came up in a timely manner and tasted great on every visit. My only complaint is theFreestyle Coke machine, but they're everywhere these days and you can't do much about them. Read more
Me and my husband placed and order at 8:07 pm and we didn?t receive it till 8:53 pm. The location was dirty, we asked to dine in... and they bagged it up to go instead. At that point, I was so upset and left. If I could give them negative stars I would. Noapology was received either. They just don?t care. Read more
I don't leave reviews on fast food very often, but that's just it. This isn't fast food. We called in an order well in advance... to be ready at a certain time. When my wife arrived, they hadn't even started preparing it, and didn't even start once she'darrived. She ended up waiting 25 minutes for them to get it done, and only seemed to remember her being there when sheapproached the counter. My experience with this location is bittersweet. Not gonna lie, they need to work on their customer service and it may be due to... their shortage on staffing. Ordered online, gave them at least 40 mins before coming to pick up the order just to wait another25-30 mins because they haven?t started the order. Then apparently their card machine malfunctioned and charged my card and theystated it didn?t go through. Granted, they did make it right by canceling the transaction which I didn?t see come off my carduntil the next day and they allowed me to still get the food. But I will say the food was on point. Had order delivered through door dash. Order was missing the two orders of carrots (for vegetarian family member). When I called... to complain the person who answered could not find my order. I gave and spelled out my name numerous times, I finally had tolook my order up on my own to give it to him. He said he would not deliver them and would refund me what they cost. HORRIBLEATTITUDE! ZERO consumer service. He couldn?t have cared less that we were disappointed. I told him I?d was going to write areview and he said he didn?t care. I guess he?s used to it by now. Then we ate out food. So bad. The sauce and grease was aninch deep in each container. Gross. I really glad that I don?t live in this area, the Wingstop where I live is so completelydifferent. This location is the worst location of wingstop ever. Consistently slow with orders. No flavor on the boneless wings, they taste... like plain chicken tenders. And NO SAUCE on the traditional wings. Read more
