I had a sausage croissant and hashbrowns and they were very good, nice and hot and fresh.
I attempted to order an ?fully customizable ? ice cream cake for my friend?s birthday. I called with questions regarding... changing the streamer color of the cake I wanted online on Monday. I was asked to call back on Tuesday and speak with the cakedecorator so I did . She assured me it was no problem and to place the order online . I tried the next day Wednesday and was notable to complete the order online so I called . I was again assured the cake I wanted would be ready by 10am on Saturday. Iasked if I should pay by phone or come to the store. I was told no they had my notes and phone number if they had any additionalquestions.I called to confirm it would be ready this evening and was informed no cake was ready and the process I describedwould never work anyway . This place is awful. I don't even want to give them 1 star. Dont order icecream in a cup they have no spoons. Sont order... cream filled donates they have no filling. Dirty and messy store. They manager needs to be fired for such a poorlymanagedstore. Read more
No spoons to eat our icecreams with. They could have told us that before we got it in a cup. They are batting a thousand.
Sign and online states open until 9, pull up with my granddaughter and the lobby closes at 6. Ask for flavors of ice cream and... I?m told ?I can?t list our flavors, we have 20?. Okay flavors are not on the menu board so how do you know what to get. I?m toldjust tell me what your looking fir and I?ll let you know if we have it or something similar. Ask for a waffle cone, nope don?thave those but I?m told the sugar cone is similar (moo it?s not) . When I get to the window to pay I ask if the lobby will beopening to match the drive through hours , the young lady says ?not anytime soon? and closes the window. Rude, immature staff.Won?t be back there, I?ll drive past and spend my money in Carrollton at a different ice cream shop. So sad. Read more
Ice cream is good, however, it takes way too long to get a shake through the drive thru (both times I?ve gone). And when I asked... what flavor shakes aside from V, S, and C, the girl?s response was ?over 20 and I can?t list them out.? Okay then.???????? Read more
Got ice cream cones, donuts and a latte everything was delicious service was good.
Some very unhappy employees. Kind of like zombies who have given up all hope. They got my order right, though..
