Bought the 3 wing and a biscuit for hubby's dinner. Only thing is I wanted 2 orders and the obliterated had 3 wings available... ???? @3pm. "Well may I have 2 ???? sweet potato pies?" One minute??? I like their biscuits but kost ofnrhe time they tend to be a little dry. Went there today and yet again they were dry, asked for... butter in the biscuit to give it some moisture and had we not sat in the parking lot I would have once again been stuck with adry biscuit. I swear the employees at any of the Bojangles locations just dont listen and its aggravating. I also wish Bojangleswould offer regular hashbrowns, theirs are ok but sometimes you just dont want the ones they have. Read more
I really cannot recommend this location in its current state. Drive thru and dining room were completely empty of customers, but... the dining room was filthy and full of flies while employees were all behind the counter. Later I saw a cockroach crawlingacross the floor and when I discretely told the employees, they turned it into a game, even throwing the dead bug at a femaleemployee causing her to release an earsplitting scream. We raised the issues with Bojangles corporate and have yet to hearanything back. Overall rating gets 2 stars because the food, against all odds, wasn't terrible. Got breakfast this morning my egg had mold on it. The chicken was hard around the edges couldn?t eat it.????????????????
The chicken was horrible. Customer Service was terrible. Young lady did not greet us properly. Her exact words were " Do you... know what you want?. She didn't allow us to get to counter while asking us. The floors were dirty. The ice tea tasted oldddddd.I will not be recommending this Bojangles to my worse enemy. Read more
Cashier let me know they were out of legs so would have to give me a white breast or wing. Then proceeded to charge me for the 2... piece white. I found that not to right. Due to I have one of each a dark and a white. The food was good. Was wondering how longthey have been serving mash potatoes with sausage gravy? But hot and good.
