You would think I would learn to check my order BEFORE I leave. But no. For some reason I trust the people who work there to... have pride in their work. I order 2 whoppers just alike. (I got them just alike for the record (I ordered them with NO mayo, NOpickles, add mustard and Xtra onion) I got SO MUCH Mayo it was dripping on the wrapper, 6 pickles, no mustard. It's a Burger King located in Temple with terrible customer service and poor quality food Instead I drive to Villa Rica... location because the customer service is GREAT and the food quality is 5 star each and everytime the staff is respectable thefood is on point hot and fresh every single time !!! Every day I ride past the location in Temple the entire staff is standingoutside smoking cigarettes the female manager on evening shift have been seen outside BOOD-UP and Mingling with another femalewho drives a white SUV while the drive thru line is backed up with only one line is open for service THE OWNER OF THE LOCATIONIN TEMPLE GA PLEASE GET YOUR STORE UNDER CONTROL BEFORE ITS TO LATE. If I could give 0 stars I would. The customer service is literally nonexistent. The lady at the window would not Even look at me... when I asked a question about my order she closed the door in my face. I literally had to pull off after waiting for threeminutes for my receipt. No good Burger King! Read more

My daughter brought the kids to eat and let them play on the playground, but when they got inside to order you had two employees... cussing with customers all around. The manager couldn't even get you to stop! Management should have sent you home or fired youon the spot! Children were there!!! ???????????????????? These children don't hear that language at home and we sure didn't wantthem hearing it at an establishment that we were trying to get supper at!!! You lost a sale and now have an added complaint! Youmay not care, but we do. Word of mouth matters also. If customers quit coming into your establishment, you won't have a job!Think about that! Corporate needs to come down and listen to y'all without y'all knowing who they are so y'all don't ruin theirbusiness any more than it's already being ruined!! Read more

Refused to let us use the Burger King App Code. Just kept saying they only take 4 digit codes. I have had problems before like... some of the negative google reviews I have seen. The positive reviews must be from family and friends that work at thislocation. This place can't stay open operating this way. Read more

Great experience. Full playgrounds are hard to come by now. The worst part was the best part at this location. The service was... really fast. It's been so long since I've been to a burger king that really lives up to the idea of fast food. My childrencomplained because they did not have enough time on the playground. This time I have to agree because the food was fast andgreat. Read more
