We have been visiting this restaurant for 13+ years, the service is never really the ?best? anyways, but we had the WORST... experience a few nights ago. We had a younger female as our waitress and off the rip she had an attitude with me, in front of my7 and 5 year old. (Maybe she was intimidated because we seemed close in age and she seemed embarrassed to be a waitress? Notsure. ) We ordered our food, again we have been coming here for years and we order the same thing every time we come. Well, thefood came out and mine was wrong, no big deal, I said ?hey sorry my order is wrong? and with the nastiest attitude, our waitressARGUED - not even a nice tone, and said ?well she didn?t order that. I didn?t get it wrong? we proceeded very confused with?okay? Well, we just want it fixed? and we were told ?well if you would have ordered it right the first time? starting toaggressively argue with my husband, again IN FRONT OF OUR CHILDREN, I cut her off and asked for a different server and she saidshe couldn?t do that. So we found the manager and requested one and immediately received someone else. In return, the waitresswe dealt with originally huddled around the bar with the other servers laughing at us and speaking about us loud enough for usto hear. The whole experience was uncomfortable. Before leaving we addressed the matter with the SAME manager again and we weretold she was ?special? and literally NOTHING was done about the scenario. They allowed the staff to treat us in such anunprofessional manner. I was and still am truly appalled. Safe to say, it is NOT an environment for children and families. We tried Casa sol again after a bad experience a while ago . Today we were very impressed. The food was fresh , hot and... delicious! We had the Buffet and it was always stocked and had a lot of choices like back before covid times . I definitely giveit 5 stars ! We will be back and bring friends ?? Read more
Great atmosphere and food. The steak, shrimp and chicken in my Casa Sol Burrito were tender, tasty and cooked to perfection.... I've paid much more at other restaurants for food half as good. Well done! Everyone was pleasant and genuinely concerned that wehad a great experience. Definitely worth a stop if you're in the area. Read more
This very vibrant gem is off hwy 78 in Villa Rica. When you walk in your greeted to a lovely area with a faux fireplace among... other delights to enjoy while you wait to be seated. Attentive staff greet you with a smile. The food we ordered was very goodand had large portions. It's not too spicy so everyone can enjoy eating out here. If you like extra spice, like we do, they canaccommodate you too. If your looking for a fun time out with the family or a date night this restaurant is for you. Go checkthem out, you won't be sorry. I like going here! They started doing a buffet on Sunday, so that is what I decided to go try. Everyone was so friendly, got... seated quickly and order was taken fast. There was a nice variety on the buffet, but I did feel that some of the dishes neededa little flavor. Some were spot on though! Luckily I got there as soon as they opened at 11am, by the time I was leaving, it wasreally filling up! I bet after church will be packed. Read more
