The whole staff is RUDE!! From the manager to the employees. The cashier outside smoking a cigarette while there is a line of... cars wrapped around the building at 5pm. No one from corporate reaches back out if you make a complaint. I?m surprised they areeven open at this point. They have long wait times and employees that don?t care about anything. While I really enjoy the food here, the service is absolutely terrible.. I have been in line line for half an hour waiting to... order in the drive-through. It takes anywhere from 7 to 10 minutes for each car to be able to place their order. How can thishappen? They're not really busy on the inside . My time would probably be better served going to Wendy's or Chick-fil-A. Read more
This place is just bad. And needs new management in a serious way. You will sit in drive thru for an hour Even with no cars in... front of you. Whenever you go inside, you will see their kitchen is not sanitary at all. Truly disappointing because I lovewhite castle and this is the closest I get to it since moving to this area. Excellent. Krystal has always been a favorite, and I had not had one in probably a year or two, the line there was a wait, but I... didn't mind, and I ordered one of there 6 dollar for 5 selections, they were hot, steamed, made well and even got my request forno Pickles add Ketchup. Terrible service. My pregnant wife wanted Krystal so I get in line. 40 minutes later (and only 3 cars in front of me) I finally... get to the screen to order, and the guy tells me to hold on crude they are doing a shift change. 15 minutes later I just leave.Almost an hour and I still didn't get any food for my wife. 2 stars because the food was good, but i shouldn't spend a half hour in a drive thru line. 5 cars were in front of me and 1 of... left after moving twice in 10 minutes & the car behind me left as well. It's like there's 1 person running the whole store.Sadly, it's been this way for a while now. It's legitimately mind-blowing that this location is still operational. Ordered a 24 steamer pack and the cashier didnt ring it up right, wound up paying more for it than I should because we had to... pay for another 12 pack, I mean he did give us a small discount but I still paid to much.
