This is NOT for the entire store but for one particular young lady. If you?ve been here through the drive thru around 8 a.m.,... then you already know who she is. Usually on the first window. She?s not only super sweet, helpful and genuinely kind. She knowsher mobile app!!! I hope the lady at the first window gets credit for this. You know who you are. I?m so taken back by yourfriendliness customer service and your contagious smile. You are genuinely a beautiful person who still cares and provides topnotch service EVERY TIME I SEE YOU. I will probably not return to this one. I had a family member in hospital nearby and needed to get a late supper for the rest of... the family. I arrived at 10:45 PM and after waiting for 20 mins. to place my order I was told they were not going to be takingany more orders. Read more
The drive through lines at McDonald's always seem to be long and slow. But, the food is consistent no matter where you go.... The value is there for a fast hot meal. Interestingly we both ordered a double cheeseburger. Mine was hot and the cheese wasmelted. My wife's was cold and the cheese did not melt. Read more
Despite the drive-through line being backed up and the indoor lobby full of people waiting on orders, not one employee seemed to... care to move with purpose. No one apologized for the wait time. Our order was incorrect and the employee making it obviously hadno idea what he was doing. I understand that there is a learning curve when you start a job, but he should?ve had someone elsehelping him instead of making orders incorrectly left and right. A manager came out after 20 minutes to begin helping movethings along, and when she handed us our food she did not apologize for the wait time for the poor service. Horrible experienceall around. this location should be shut down asap. these low life non caring employees all should be fired and banned from working anywhere... in Ga. Every single time i go to this location there is a problem.
