Can't say if it laziness or incompetence. I ordered online 1 pizza and 1 desert. I wanted delivery, but the app wouldn't allow... it, (this is the closest pizza place in town and everyone else delivers). They said it would be ready in 15 minutes. I arrivedat the store in 15 minutes. The kid took my money and disappeared. 5 minutes later another kid shows up and asked for my name,the he disappeared. 5 minutes later got someone's attention, they said my order is getting ready. It's now 25 minutes into the15 minute order. Another 15 minutes later my order is ready. So let's recap, 15 minutes to get to the store, 25 minutes waitingat the store = 40 minutes for a 15 minute order. The employee is very conservative on the toppings as well. The taste of PizzaHut is now worse than Domino's as well. Needless to say I won't be back to spend my hard earned money for this level ofservice. Read more
My family has been ordering from this Pizza Hut for years! The kids love Pizza Hut! They messed up my order for the first time... ever today. No sauce on the same pizza I order all the time. I never got rude with them. I just asked if they would give me thepizza I love getting from them. After the second pizza had no sauce on it I attempted to call them to please make the orderright the ?general manager ? as he called himself was super rude! Called me ?bro? like some kind of adolescent child. With thebehavior that managment displayed today I will never order from them again. Just ordered 4 personal pans ($6.00 each) with wings and was told at the window that they were out of personal pans.They tried... to sell me a large pizza for $24.00 like they were giving me a deal. Online has a large speciality pizza for $14.99. Come onpizza hut, you got to do better. Make it make sense!!! Read more
Horrible customer service. Just horrible. Food arrived on time but pretty sure it?s not safe to consume. Every time I?ve ordered... from this Pizza Hut it?s been beyond annoying dealing with the teenagers that answer the phones. Completely over it. Read more
The pizza is somewhat dry in Villa Rica not enough sauce so I always order extra sauce, as they give you the option for light,... medium or heavy marinara sauce when ordering, but they never put it on my pizza. Its mostly cheese and bread with a little saucein between. When I asked about the heavy sauce I was told the pizza already comes with a select amount of sauce (so I guess thatmeans I can't get heavy sauce even though it is offered online) so decided to pay for extra marinara cups and when the pizzaarrives the cups I paid for are not even included in the order. LOL I can't win for losing. I figured if I paid for the extrasauce because you don't want to put it on the pizza I would at least get the sauce I paid for. You can't make this stuff upLOL!!!! I ordered from this location and sat waiting for the order. The order never came. 50 minutes after the tracker said the order... was on the way, I got a text that my order was canceled. No explanation was given my order was just cancelled by them. Thedriver said she was at the location and they told her 3 other drivers already picked up the one order. I will ensure my familyand friends never order from Pizza Hut again. Read more
My fault for ordering again. Every single time I order they forget my drink. Crazy thing is I tip well. So when I asked for my... tip back because whoever they have delivering for them keeps forgetting the full order doesn?t deserve the tip or just bring mydrink back they told me they can?t bring the drink. Worst Pizza Hut ever. One pizza is missing cheese and burnt and the othersare barely done. SMH! Read more
