This is the worst Popeyes I?ve ever been to. The whole store needs to be fired. The young ladies at the drive thru are rude and... have nasty attitudes. It?s a problem with orders every time I?ve gone there. All staff needs to be retrained on customer serviceincluding management. Highly disappointed. Ordered mac&cheese with my meal & it was awful. Chic-fil-a mac&cheese taste better I?d like to add. The... fries was cold. They are usually out of everything as well. When it comes to chicken just to to chic-fil-a atp.. This placehasn?t been here long & trust me, you will be displeased w/ the service. Food was lovely but the drive thru service not so much. I went the night before (Monday the 24th around 6 or 7 pm) and the... person over the speaker was very disruptive and rude, and its not like I was taking long pauses or anything haha. 3rd and last time trying Popeyes in VR. Every time we have had issues with getting our order. Never any spicy chicken. This time... ordered 8pc spicy with Large Slaw, Fries and Red Beans Rice; wanted drinks but all Coke products were out. Got home and hadSlaw, Dirty Rice, No fries and the chicken wasn't spicy. Every time I go to this Popeyes there is an issue. They are either out of everything, or they screw the order up. Tonight I... tried to order a 12 piece tender family meal and was told they don?t have a 12 piece tender family meal when it was clearly onthe menu in the drive through. I was then told I could order a 9 piece family meal, so I said fine I?ll just get that I wantmild. I get to the window and see them putting normal single serving sides in my bag; I told them I ordered the family meal withlarge sides and they proceeded to give me three single servings instead of just giving me a large (which I was fine with). Ialso asked several times for blackened ranch. After I get my food I realized they didn?t give me my blackened ranch I asked forseveral times so I had to go park and go inside and get it; inside I asked for the blackened ranch and was given attitude andonly revived two ranches for the 9 piece. I then asked for more because that wouldn?t be enough and was met with more attitude.After all that and I get home I pull my order out of the bag only to realize the three single serving sides weren?t even filledhalf way. I could literally put all three in one single serving container (I ordered large sides), and then I open my chickenonly to discover they gave me about 4 full size tenders and the rest were just fried batter and giblets, then I proceed to biteone and of course it?s spicy which is fine if I was eating it by myself but kids aren?t gonna eat spicy chicken. So long storyshort I?m out $27 and diner is ruined. I will not be going back to this Popeyes and will be driving to Bremen or Carrollton ornot getting Popeyes at all. Whomever is reading this please, don?t go here. The lady in the drive through is TERRIBLE, she had a bad attitude and they gave... me the wrong order, I specifically ordered 3 mild legs and I received this burnt mess. I instantly went back because I wastrying to see if this was spicy chicken or if this was burnt mild chicken, the lady said ?it?s just the grease? .. and Iresponded with well that grease needs to be changed because the chicken stinks and no one should be fed this. Come to find outthey gave me SPICY and the manager then apologized but the lady at the window continued to say rude and derogatory things fromher ghetto mouth. She need to be put in the back or something not at the window ! The manager was nice but the crew is ghettoand terrible, need to be fired also THE PRICES HAVE SKY ROCKETED so no orders should be messing up if we?re paying our money. Read more

The line at the drive though was not moving so I decided to walk into the restaurant. Very clean and the friendliest staff ever.... They look like they really work well together.... Had the Fish sandwich and a 4 piece chicken my meal for hubby and I. The fishis HUGE a little bland so I add onion thousand island dressing and cheese but not going to complain. What? I waited 25 minutes for SPICEY family meal with 4 Breast. Got home to tiny cups of tiny filled small sides. No SpIce and... missing the expensive breast. How do these tiny sides feed 2 much less a family. $32 Wasted!! Will not return!! Read more
