I ordered a shake and espresso in a Venti cup, with extra vanilla cold foam, and I was given a drink in a grande size with no... cold foam and the drink wasn?t even filled to the top. just ridiculous. This is the slowest service I?ve ever experienced at Starbucks!!! Lines hardly moving. Should have gone to Dunkin?

Always ALWAYS 5 stars for this Starbucks!! I get a drink here every morning before work and the staff is literally so friendly.... On the rare occasion they accidentally put cream/milk in my drink (I cannot have dairy) they are always so accommodating when Iask them for a drink without dairy in it. If I had to name a barista to give a special 5 starts to, I don't think I would beable to because ALL of them are literally always so fantastic! Read more

I ordered a latte and bought a grilled cheese sandwich. There were about 9 associates behind the counter. About half were... working, the rest standing around looking at their phones, etc. My latte was finally made after a long wait, and it had whippedcream on it. I told the associate I did not order it with whipped cream. She said they would remake it. They remade it and thesame guy put whipped cream on it again. I complained again, and she said that they were training. But nobody was supervisingthis kid who obviously doesn?t know that just a normal latte does not have whipped cream on it. At least two other people werehaving issues with their orders. One lady was getting frustrated. Leadership or management seemed non-existent. It was a kind ofcontrolled chaos. Everyone working seemed like they weren?t really all there?like they were not happy about having to be thereworking, so they were just sleepwalking through their shift. I honestly would rather drive to Carrollton or Douglasville than toever visit this location again. It was pathetic. Worst customer service failure I?ve ever seen at a Starbucks. No manager on duty when we went to complain about our drinks. When we ordered the new drink the toasted vanilla with oatmilk and... espresso shaken the drinks were no shaken they had all the layers from when they make the drinks. They were NOT shaken when wecomplained he told us that is how the drink is made.... really cause I wanted an espresso drink with ALL the espresso sitting atthe bottom of my drink. And never argue with a customer... EVER ... just fix it. Read more

Staff is super nice! Always smiling! They are quick with your order and drive through is a breeze. Food is fresh. Drinks made... right. I love their sitting areas. They have convenient places to charge your laptop or phones. Read more

I arrived at Villa Rica Ga location this morning to buy 2 boxes of coffee after driving 45 minutes from Atlanta to do a... production job and the young lady tells me they don?t have travelers to sell. Starbucks what kind of business you are operating?I could have easily went to Dunkin which I will for now on. Read more
