Came to subways on 3/24/2022 after 9 with about 10 mins before closing. The light on the window showed they were open. I entered... the location and I said can I order a sandwich. The guy working the shift said no we are closed. I asked him even for a coldsandwich and he looked at me as if I were stupid then continued to pack up the fridge. I then stated well maybe you should shutoff the sign that says open. Needless to say I will not be coming back here. I don?t like rude people especially handling myfood! and they should NOT be in customer service if they are not open to service a paying customer. Read more
It's a no for me. Granted, I should have paid more attention while my food was being made but my sandwich just wasn't good and... neither was my partner's. There was also a hair on the ham and we had to tell the guy behind the counter to remove it before itwas accidentally served to another customer. I ordered on the app for curbside pickup and it went off like a hitch. The problem was that both my boyfriend and I sandwich... were so drenched in sauce that it had soaked through all of the paper it was wrapped in, it was wet you could barely peel itfrom the sandwiches.
