Nancy and Sheila are awsome they make sure my eggs are well scramble with chz!! I refuse to seat at any other table but Nancy... and Sheila! I come in Villa Rica Waffle House everyday myself, my husband, and my two co workers for Dot to tell the cook tomess up my eggs cause I dont seat at her table is unacceptable! Nancy and Shelia are wonderful they always take care of are lunch crew from Walmart they are just amazing from the service to... their personality.on the other hand the woman dot is VERY rude and disrespectful and just plain out ugly.her service socks andthe has been plenty of times a coworker of mine and good friend has had to return her food and still comes back uncooked andgets told they don't have time to fix it so therfor she returns to work on empty stomach..I would be very beneficial to not havea server like dot. The old man Jeffro with no teeth and white shirt (greeter) would not seat me just now. He took my name as I came in., did offer... the bar., and I kindly told him., I didn't want the bar seating.(Covid) and too close sitting to strangers. There was one couplein front of me. I came in by myself and he was taking all the people that came in way after me. Like two other groups. I askedwhy is he seating people before me., and he points to a sign showing on the wall near the bathroom., saying "seats reserved fortwo people or more" smh!!! I am spending money here as they wanted to seat me at the long table sitting on top of someone else.No thank you! Poor poor policy! I have never experience this at this Waffle House or ANY Waffle House coming by myself. Shame onyou Waffle House! I am reporting him to corporate! And this is AFTER I waited too! I drove 15 minutes to Douglasville and sat atthe smaller booth along the window. They said here in Douglasville, they have never heard of such policy! I?m 13 weeks pregnant and have craved Waffle House my entire pregnancy! I have been here repeatedly and have never had a bad... experience! The staff is so friendly and sweet! They make sure the baby and I get everything we crave. They had cheerfulattitudes and are so very attentive! I go as often as I can afford to! Normally late in the evening. And I am so happy they areso sweet! Makes me want to keep going! Shout out to Mrs. Kathy for making sure I got plenty of orange juice! I just want to say that I?m not sure if I have ever left a 5 star review for a business. I have rarely ever left a review for... any business as a matter of fact. This morning I stopped into this location and was graciously greeted by each employee thatnoticed me. I felt very welcome, and all of my expectations exceeded. I quickly got my coffee, and very promptly got exactlywhat I ordered as well. The presentation of my food was excellent and cooked perfectly. Which is a pleasant surprise for me,being that I love to cook and am a harsh food critic. The waitress I had along with the young gentleman who stated steadilycleaning tables and asking if I needed anything we?re both wonderful. The cooks along with the rest of the staff were allseemingly in a very positive mood. I will now recommend this location over all local waffle houses. Such a great and wonderfulbreakfast experience. Had a hard time getting a consensus on where to eat so we feel back to our only restaurant that everyone will eat at. Food is... always good and everyone has their favorites. We don't even need menus. Service is great and the price is right. This locationis highly recommended. Read more
