We love eating here and do so more that any other fast food restaurant. We feel it's one of the healthier options out there when... we don't feel like cooking at home. Yes, on occasion, we're missing something or it's a little over cooked, If you're honest youknow that happens at every restaurant. On the whole they get it right and the food is too die for. Try to remember we're allstarting to try and get back to "normal" after years of the pandemic. Have a little patience and if they make a mistake they'realways happy to fix it for you. Read more

I never like to leave reviews especially because I have both worked and managed in fast food before. This location used to be... worth a dang, I know because I used to work there. My boyfriend went in tonight to get me a grilled chicken sandwich. He waited20 minutes just for them to give him a fried one. He said everyone in the back was just fiddling around. Ridiculous. Villa Rica location, you are one big JOKE! Took 30 minutes to get our food then to be missing half of it. Our chicken was not... done, tough and nasty. The place needs better management. These kids have absolutely no clue what they are doing. As we wereeating our fries (the only edible thing we had)we noticed a few other customers going to the counter with complaints. Wouldn?t give a star at all Came in to the Villa Rica Ga location on Oct 16, 2022 to pick up a order placed on line at 9 pm.... Store was BEYOND filthy. Trash, food, and spilled drink EVERYWHERE on the floor. Was very disgusting in there. Get food and foodis just thrown in bag. Containers literally laying on there side. Go to get drink which was a mess and turn to leave and slip insome of the drink spilled on floor and left. Thank god I didn?t fall but twisted my knee staying up right. I can tell you this Iwas fully disgusted with the conditions of this store and staff not caring at all. Definitely will never return. I wouldn?trecommend this place to my worst enemy. Read more

Ordered online at 9:14 from the parking lot because drive-thru was slow. Pickup time was 9:24. When I was notified that food was... ready, I went to the door, like the signs in the parking lot showed. However the doors were locked. I had to call and sheadvised to go through the drive thru. This meant we had to wait for 3 other cars orders and didn't get ours until 9:40. Wepulled up a I checked my order.. and they left the sauce out. What the heck.. where is the service??? They must be careful with the preparation of the food. in this case I found a wasp among my fried pickles... the truth is that... since COVID to this date the attention and quality in restaurants has decreased quite a bit... especially the fast food ones. Read more

I ordered 3 grilled Cobb salads and ALL 3 of the salads are missing a lot of the ingredients. If I didn't get the grilled Cobb... salad every time I probably wouldn't know. I don't normally complain about a wrong or messed up order but like I said it'smissing alot of ingredients from the grilled Cobb salad and I payed about $30.00 for 3 people. Only giving 3 stars because I eathere often and the food is generally good, this experience however was definitely a one star. They even forgot to put forks inthe bag.
