Was in there earlier this evening on 11-6-2022. We ordered over 40 dollars worth of food. The food was wrong , messed up and... they forgot stuff. The staff was completely rude and not helpful in the least. The girl who was working the front counter wouldliterally look at me and not even say anything knowing I needed help. The soda machine in the lobby was messed up and notworking. I didn?t even get my cups filled until after they had already made our food and gave it to me. Will never go back andam absolutely horrified by their service skills and how that place is still open. Read more
Edited to add: just wanted to say that I visited again recently and the service is again at a sloth's pace. My previous review... stated that the service was very slow, I'm glad to report that my past two visits have been really quick, the food was fresh andgood. And today, it's a total no-go!? Milk crates blocking the drive-thru. I suppose it's closed for some reason. Read more
Customer service has gone so far down hill since COVID. I stood there by the register for about 5 minutes with 3 employees... totally ignoring me. No welcome to Burger King, no someone will be with you in a minute.... simply ignored. After the wait,one of the women told another employee (who could clearly see me already) that there was someone waiting. I was finallyhelped, bitt had enough time to go to the bathroom and get something nextdoor at the gas station and still was waiting for myorder to come up. Tell everyone that the fryer is down and still charges everyone for them. Yet after people get their food the fryers workin.... Also soda machine was down better yet messed my ordered up charged me more then tells me they can?t refund me the difference. Read more
At 8:30am the windows and doors were encrusted with hand prints and filth. Honestly disgusting amounts, and I'm a farmer. The... tables were not as dirty but kept with the same theme, demonstrating that they do not have your health in mind if they can'tkeep these simple things clean. It's unfortunate because I've seen this trend there more and more until I decided to write areview. No fears though, I'm sure they don't want me back, obvious by the inability to clean their store to some minimal levelof sanitary expectations. I will oblige. Read more
Like almost everywhere else they've almost doubled their prices. But that's to be expected. Their rodeo burgers have sure... declined. They use the oldest onion rings and are scared to put any sauce on them. Make sure you ask for fresh rings and extrasauce. Read more
Figured I would give it a try for breakfast but never again. Took 15 minutes to get my order and I was only car in line and... lobby was not busy. French toast sticks and hash brown bites had been double dipped because they were greasy and chewy. Couldnot eat the last one because it was to tough to chew. Only thing that was good was the coke. I was just passing through and good Gaaawwdd. My food was hot and made as if they were making it for themselves (if you know... what I mean). Very good customer service and store is clean and smells nice. That was love I appreciate you all. Read more
