Manager is rude. Seriously I was trying to be kind but she was rude. Will not order with a franchise that?s just think the upper... management think that their customer was being friendly.I had to CX because I asked if they were in VilLe Platt because thenumber was in Franklin. So she could have said yes when I called again to make sure I?m not in the wrong area. I will not beordering them till this will be resolved. My order was called in ahead of time and I had to sit at the drive thru while others were ordering and waiting for theirs. How... inefficient can you really be? This is unbelievable and the absolute worse customer service ever. This is not a good idea. Andno one it seems was worried about the people waiting in line. They had no hurry in their step. On Monday May 4th We ordered pizza it took nearly 2 hours to get to my home it was cold they refused to refund my money or... replace the pizza! I gave them one more try on May 8 I?ll order pasta, bread sticks and dessert once again 2 hours and 25minutes on the tracker it said delivered never was delivered I called the store couldn?t get through I tried for 24 minutes.
