It's shocking how incompetent the worker was who (bless her heart) attempted to take my order. She even gave me a total that was... around $5 more than what she actually charged my card. I tried to communicate to her the error. (Which would have been in myfavor but I'm not a thief nor do I try to take advantage of someone's ignorance.) She just couldn't "get it." Then...when itbecame apparent that she was just not going to get it right...I canceled the order. They still owe me the little over $4 thatwas charged to my debit card. Served us undercooked/bad chicken. My fiance took one bite of his chicken sandwich and immediately lost his appetite. I ate half... my buffalo chicken (with my fingers, btw. They didn't give us a fork) and 2 hours later I was throwing it all up. Read more

Quite literally, the single worst restaurant I've ever been to. This place is a joke. I go to this Sonic, expecting my order to... be wrong. My wife gets a Large Dr.Pepper easy ice. They stuff a small cup into her large cup resulting in less soda. I order aLarge Root Beer, with Extra Vanilla Cream. Despite the carhop knowing how to ring that up properly (It's as easy as hitting"Extra" then hitting the "Van Crm" button) he rings my order up as a Root beer float, charging me $5.84+ for a drink, and thenstill serving it to me as a Medium. This place is a scam. The carhops know how to be better and choose not to, and the managersrefuse to teach them, I suppose. Employees smoke close enough to cars to where I can smell the tobacco. The only benefit thisplace has, is the managers are genuinely very nice people. They're just not trained on how to properly manage their crew. Spend your money on a place that cares. Even McDonald's bro lol Edit: Forgot to mention the fact that the owner and generalmanager are perfectly fine with the carhops scanning orders (when your stall says "On the way with your order") up to FOURMINUTES before they actually get your order out.
