Used to be amazing until 2 weeks now. Ever since the staff changed it's gone to hell! The staff keeps joking around rather than... taking your order at the cash.. very unprofessional and quite rude as if the customers were bothering them. Change your staffbecause people around me have been having the same issue! Read more
Staff was really slow and didn't seem to know what they were doing.
Waited in the drive thru for 10 minutes only one car advanced. I got fed up and left.
If it was possible to give zero stars I would. Not only the employees present were extremely rude but also they wanted to charge... me 1,50$ plus tax for 3 packets of ketchup????????. Let me just save you a bad experience by telling NOT TO GO THERE. Read more
As far as Tim Hortons go, this used to be a good one but over the last year it has progressively gotten worse. I want to drop in... and grab some donuts for the family and after 5 minutes I'm still in line waiting with 4 people in front of me. Sorry I'm notgonna use 20 min of my time to grab some donuts. Drive thru is backed up to the street. Hire more people, and have managers makesure they're working efficiently. Lots of joking around, 1 guy on the cash struggling to complete orders without any kind ofhelp. It's 9 am, does management care anymore? If you can't find people, offer a better pay. Lastly, Timmies needs to bringback a better selection of donuts. It's boring. Read more
