Small place but the food is bomb

I ordered a pizza from them through their online service and after an hour of waiting, it still hadn't arrived, so I called just... to make sure my order went through. Lady on the phone told me that no it didn't in fact go through, she offered no apology,nothing, anyway so I placed the same order by phone. After yet another hour of waiting, pizza still didn't show up. An hour and15 mins after placing my order via phone it finally shows up, and it's cold.I don't mind waiting long for quality food, but anover 2 hour wait for a cold bland pizza is unacceptable. To top it off, they had a promotion where if you order a large pizzayou get a free fry. The fry never showed up. The least you can do, when a customer places an order and your system skews it upis to offer an apology! They never did, and they messed up my order. Avoid this place! Read more

Submarines are great, all dressed pizza is excellent. The poutine is also delicious. Check your order when delivered I have had... some issues but the food is to good to stay away! Pick up is also available and a great option when in the area. Read more

Absolutely terrible service from the lady that takes the orders ... terrible attitude & incredibly rude. Got our order wrong,... and made us wait 2 hours and still didn?t get the correct order and when we called back multiple times, made us wait 20 mins onhold. The food we did receive was cold and nothing impressive. On the other hand, our delivery guy was extremely kind andunderstanding and apologetic, the only redeeming quality about our experience. One of best places to go to for pizza or a submarine. Just last night though I had a bit of a problem with the cashier who spoke... to me very aggressively. I had just walked in said hi to the owner and his son (who I have to say are very nice and pleasantpeople to deal with every time I go) and she gives me this dirty look almost to like what you want kind of look and when I toldher I placed an order she replied to me very nasty ?Vien!?. I could say being a loyal customer there I didn?t appreciate that. Read more

Food is very good. Don't have to wait long for order. Cashier could improve on manner she answers clients. I asked her... if vinaigrette was in bag. Barked at me saying I needed to ask for it and that some customers ask for it and don't use. Not sure what that had to do with my question. Would have rated 5 stars but cashier's attitude needs a bit of fine tuning. Read more
