I would give today's visit a negatuve rating if I could. We were handed menus and seated ourselves. Sat there for 5 minutes, no... employees spoke to us. Decided after five minutes of not being acknowledged to find another place for dinner. Best decisionever! Read more

This place needs so much help. The only good thing is the food came out hot. Other than that everything else here is just wrong.... Our queso was so water down you can even dip a chip into and it just falls off the chip. Burger not cooked right to order.Missing ingredients from dishes. Servers asking if you want dessert at the beginning of your meal which still is mind boggling.And way over staffed for the amount of people that are actually here. Servers more worried about conversation between themselvesrather than taking care of their customers. Sad to say this will probably be the next Applebee's to shut it doors within acouple years. Was there about 5:45 Monday afternoon. Not too busy. Was seated promptly. Went downhill from there. Received a watered down... margarita after about 30 minutes of waiting. Had to remind the waitress. French onion soup was lukewarm. Our food was finallyserved but neither one of us could cut our meat for lack of a steak knife. After several requests, we finally got them. Allthe while our food was getting colder. The waitress was running her tail off and it appeared she had the whole main dining areaby herself. I told her to tell her manager that a customer said this is BS. She was doing her best so we still tipped her 20% . Felt sorry for the kid. Read more
Nothing on the menu appealed to me at all. My husband got a sandwich for us to share & we didn't even finish it. It was not good... at all. I've been here a few times before & I've always had bad experiences. They made me a Long Island ice tea & it tasted likewater. I told the waitress & they "forgot" to put alcohol in it. 1:30 in the afternoon, not too busy and it was the slowest service I've ever had. There were 4 of us, 3 adults and a child. She... brought our drinks and disappeared. After 15 minutes she appeared to take our order. My steak was well done instead of med well,very dry. The chicken shrimp dinner the chicken was burnt, potatoes swimming in butter. She didn't come back to check on us, wefinally asked for to go containers for the appetizers and the rest of a kids meal and bill. We waited another 20 minutes.Waitress wasn't very talkative and was very soft spoken. We use to love Applebee's but this visit we will rethink that. Read more
