Dirtiest restaurant in town, had to wipe off a table ourselves because a clean table could not be found, floor was filthy and... looked like it hadn't been cleaned for a while. Also observed another family cleaning there own table in discust. Someremodeling was going on and employee that waited on us was more concerned about loosing tips than working to clean the place andactually earn a tip. Food was okay. Read more
Sat in the drive thru for over 5 mins waiting for 3 milkshakes and then we still received the wrong milkshakes even when we... asked them if they were correct. Two out of the three milkshakes were wrong and didn?t taste very good. Normally very good nothappy this experience. Read more
Didn?t get a chance to eat, as they are understaffed! My husband and kids waited for over 20 minutes standing at the counter to... be waited on. No one came to us to even acknowledge we were there. They seen us. We could see them fixing food in the back,taking drive thru orders, and one employee came out to clean the dining room. But no one let us , or the other customers waitingin line, know anything. Staff definitely needs a lesson in professional customer courtesy!! I was looking forward to eatinghere. Very disappointed!! Hey, when I tell you that this place was AMAZING, the food was great, cooked well, fries on point and soda? Not so bad. Only... reason for 4 and not 5 stars was that customer service good have been just a touch better. Other than that, would recommend toANYONE. Read more
we wanted to go in but due to staffing shortage their dining was closed! Went through the drive-thru got burgers.... so small... and very greasy! My husband ordered a double and ended up with a single...Just over 1/2 of the container was filled on thefries. for the price we paid I hoped for better. I would have rated this one star but their shakes were very good so Irecommend if you want a burger don't go there but if you're in the mood for a good shake definitely the place to go Read more
This experience is a drive threw order. I ordered menu item #1 a double steak burger with fries and a drink at exactly 11am. No... cars ahead of me. At 11:02 the employee took my payment and gave me my drink order. At 11:05 my food came to the window. I didhave to ask for packets of Ketchup. The employee was neither rude, nor friendly, just so so. I feel the food came up in prettyquick order. My food order was exactly as I ordered it. Food was hot, and fresh. The Burger was a bit over seasoned or salty.Everything else was good. I had plenty of napkins (6), enough Ketchup packs for the fries (5), and the price was fair$6.30 Pros: Fast service, order correct, fair price Cons: over salty beef patties. All in all it was an okay experience.Nothing special, nothing super negative. Pretty close to US 41 if passing through. Read more

11/17/ 22 Service was horrendous. I absolutely was ignored even at the front counter. My friend and I left. I worked at and was... Assistant Manager at them and they need to remember. Customers pay their wages. Read more
