Food is always good. Customer service is always good. The one guy at the call center is absolutely great! The three stars is... for the lack of care of the customers and employees from the owners. It's disgusting really. One quick question, why did youeven start the rewards program? A program that lastest long enough for me to find out about it and use it one time. I orderway too often being that it's the closest place to eat on busy days. I thought for once the owners were doing something goodfor their loyal customers at least.... BIG NOPE! Read more

I ordered food at 7pm they told me 45 minutes. Got there at 8pm paid they said there was one more item. First off, the food itself was pretty decent. Nothing to write home about but I did enjoy it. What I didn?t enjoy was the... customer service and how they handled a certain situation. So, to begin, I ordered two sandwiches and a thing of wings fromthem today. Nothing special, the problem arose once I arrived. Upon arriving I was informed that I had not made an order forthis location. I quickly learned I had accidentally ordered it for pickup at another one of their locations thanks to theiremployees. No big deal, my mistake, I?ll make the drive on account the other restaurant had already prepared our order. Istarted to leave when an employee said they could just transfer the order there so I wouldn?t have to make the trip. I thoughtthis was immensely courteous. So I of course allowed them to do this. This next part is what left a bit of an imprint. As I wentto sit and wait for my order to be ready one of the employees stopped me and told me that my number had been blacklisted frombeing able to order on account that I ?called twice and hadn?t picked up an order I called in.? While I don?t blame the employeefor stopping and telling me this I find it completely rude for my number to be blacklisted when I was perfectly content withpicking up my order at the other location, after all it was my mistake, but to have told me and stopped me from doing this andthen starting my order there and then telling me that there were said consequences, it left a less than desired experience.While yes I had called twice (due to the fact my phone had dropped the call mid order) I had called back and seeminglystraightened things out at their call center. Furthermore, while it was full heartily my fault on my part for placing the orderat the wrong location it was their reaction that kept me from just driving down the way and correcting it as such.
