Last two trips service keeps getting worse!
I usually have a wonderful experience here. Today the managers wife thought I had been rude to her daughter prior because they... ran out of ham when I was only explaining my son won't eat anything else so I would need a refund. She was way out of line foracting how she did today. I usually get 5 subs and tip for our online order 10-20$ dollars. Also I pick it up myself. So theyjust make my subs, I will not tip anymore if it is the manager or his wife. They kids I will. But she was way out of line howshe "took it personal" when there was nothing said other than my son won't eat a sub other than ham. I didn't need another subfor anyone else as I already ordered for everyone. She eventually apologized but she was out of line. Really threatening themanager that she clearly kept stating was her husband. Very unprofessional. Lived here 2 years and order quite often. This isonly a recent issue. Read more
Good food, friendly and professional staff
Service was fine...but the food was not good! Gross veggies! The soup was a hardened blob of goo...unedible! Won't be returning!
Great and Helpful staff they took their time and made sure my order was correct. Always friendly.
Can't keep enough staff to run the place. You stand in there 15 minutes waiting to order and they expect you to wait longer... because a short fat blonde walks in with an internet order that should already be done but isn't because of only one employeeworking. Just got the new ceaser melt sandwich. Absolutely nasty. My meat is freezing and the sauce taste like mayo. They best taste on... the sandwhich is the cucumbers that aren't crispy. How can you not tell that your ingredients are old and meat is cold when yourmaking the sandwich. Not to mention my dad asked for all veggies and they forgot lettuce...that's pretty basic. Not impressed atall. Don't even want to put one star but review makes you to be able to post. Again check you sandwich before leaving. Read more
