Not proud to admit it, but sometimes I crave an Arby?s Beef and Ched and the lady craves some mozzarella sticks. This Arby?s is... pretty decent, however there is one fatal flaw : the entire premise of this location wreaks of septic. Human dookie. You canbarely breathe the air when you order here. Came here for lunch yesterday, Tuesday. We were driving around looking for a place to eat lunch and stumbled across this... restaurant. Ordered a brooklyn burger and fries. I never eat all my fries but this was an exception because the sauce theyserve with it is out of this world. I never tasted anything like it, it was so good. I?ve never left a review before but I feel like I have to. I love Arby?s but the customer service makes me not want to go there... anymore. To be fair I?ve had a few people here take my order that were very friendly. But most of the time they make me feellike I?m inconveniencing them. Telling me my total and telling me to pull around before I?m done ordering then getting attitudewhen I try to continue. And I feel like I?m asking for their first born when I ask for sauce. And there?s a host of other badexperiences. If it was only once I?d shrug it off but it keeps happening. All I want is a simple transaction with no attitudeand I can?t get it. This Arby's has really improved drastically since a year ago. First of all Shawn, the guy who is always at the drive-thru is... awesome. He always catches everything I say and there are never any problems with the order. Besides that the food is great, Ilove Arby's, and this one is the best around. Read more

The food has fallen way off at this location..mine was burned, dry, the drink tasted like nothing but sugar. wife's looked like... they threw 5 ingredients in wrapper and mushed it into a sandwich and there was more sauce then sandwich. Read more

I had a terrible experience about a year ago. The employee taking orders was terrible, rude, and acted like she hated serving... me. This makes me very hesitant about biting into a sandwich made by employees like that. They messed the order up and when Iwent back, the second sandwich looked like they threw it together for someone who complains. Now I give it another shot a fewdays before this post. The employees are overhauled with ones who were kind and helpful. The four sandwiches were made rightwith the exception of no honey mustard. It's fine, no worries. But I bit something hard.
