The service from Anasia was good. She was friendly and very nice toward us. Her customer service was spot on. The coffee was not... as hot as we would have preferred. The meal took forever to arrive. The quality of the meal was not good in our opinion. Iordered sausage gravy with biscuits. The gravy was flavorless and my biscuits were hard. My husband ordered the grand sandwichand he said it was nothing to brag about. I was appalled that a cup of coffee was 3 dollars! Read more

I put one star because there?s no way to put zero, me and my family came here to enjoy our meal but the unprofessionalism we... encountered was unacceptable. Not only did our food take over an hour to be made but the manager was being so rude to hercoworkers because he asked for something as simple as more plates. She proceeded to curse at him and clock him out while makinga scene in front of everyone, me and my little ones are very dissatisfied with our experience. Despite having hardly any customers, the waite service was aweful. Although friendly, after being seated,the waitress forgot... the silverware and napkins. She never offered any wayer refill, nor did she bother to ask was everything alright ( not untilcheckout). PS-When asked why she (without my permission)substituted my redskin mashed potatoes with hash browns , she said,"Oh, we ran out of mashed potatoes". I told her she should have informed me of that before making the change. I asked her thewhat the soup of the day was. She said she would find out (but instead went and goofed off with her coworkers and completelyforgot to tell me about the soup) When confronted with that , she misrepresented. Two of my friends had similar experiencesrecently. One had the bait and switch with a meatless burger he had ordered The other had a near identical experience to minewhen she ordered several days ago. Looks like I will not be patronizing that Denny's until they clean up their act. Iunderstand some workers have a bad day here and there. But this has become habitual at that particular Denny's. A group of us landed here. One birthday celebrated on way to the "real" event but hunger took over. Our waitstaff was excellent,... even though they were short of help. She sang happy birthday--great voice! Food was good, though some items never came, weunderstood that our party of 6 was a struggle. Wish the cook would not have yelled "be patient" from the kitchen--we were justlooking around for a hostess when no one greeted us after several minutes. Otherwise-great! Read more

Server was very nice but she didn't take any of the empty dishes away and I had to ask for butter for the grits. We also had to... ask for utensils and more coffee. Whatever happened to anticipating the customers needs? Servers nowadays lack so much. Read more

Food was ok but the waitress took forever to refill drinks. They were too busy chit chatting and the kitchen staff had a radio... blaring over the normal music in the restaurant. It just seems later at night they lose decorum and professionalism. I usuallygo to the other local Denny's but though I'd give this one another chance after the remodel. Won't do it again. Read more

This was by far the best experience we have ever had here. The waitress was professional, outgoing and able to get her work... done, and still able to provide amazing service. We had our toddler with us and she was very understanding of how picky he is.The cook was amazing on the special order. Thank you so much for the amazing experience for my family. We will be back.
