EDIT: (1 Star November 2022) I didn't want to edit my review until I've had more than 3 bad experiences. Service is terrible... majority of the time. Employees have attitudes, are rude, and don't make products as described on app. If I request a specificitem without changing anything please don't skimp me of my toppings, I want it made as described. If you don't have said toppingplease let me know before pulling up to pay (that's all I ask, just communicate). I have been told numerous times they can'tmake sandwiches or I can't have donuts because they don't have the staff available. I understand not having staff available butplease put a sigh out before I get stuck in the line and get blocked by other cars). I don't know if the gentleman is working atthis location anymore but only one guy there was ever friendly and polite I wish I knew his name. Someone please fix theseissues... Idk what is happening but it's frustrating. (4 stars June of 2022) Great service always! Only thing is the screen atthe drive thru has been broken for weeks! Read more

I like everyone else in the area was happy to welcome Dunkin? to this side of town. However, the service is terrible. Orders are... constantly wrong, long waits, and an inattentive staff of young adults who clearly do not care. Food quality is on par with allDunkin?s which is mediocre at best. This is the only Dunkin location where I constantly find coffee grinds in the bottom of mycup. From my experience, it is rare for a Dunkin to mess up an order, but so far it has happened numerous times at thislocation. Please hire attentive employees! Read more

Just had breakfast here? croissant was not full cooked. Egg and cheese on croissant and the cheese was not melted. Mini bagel... with cream cheese and bagel was not fully cooked either. Definitely not coming back here again. Might as well drive up toStarbucks for better croissant, bagel and coffee. Read more

What a waste of time and money coming to this place today. The customer service is just horrible and the food I ordered was... lousy. I actually went inside to order and waited for close to 10 minutes for my order. And when it was ready, theemployees didn't even mention it to me. Its like they can't communicate. When it first opened the ice coffee/donut's came out very good. My next few visit unfortunately went down hill the wake up wrap... was burnt, they just place the individual doubts all in one bag which takes any frosting off along with finger prints in themfrom picking them up. Finally the customer service is going down hill, I should not be able to hear employees speaking bad aboutthe customers, I understand dealing with the public can be rough at times but you have to ensure a level of professionalism ismaintained at all times. I like to leave good reviews. This is more ? constructive. Been here 5 times in the past month. Each visit there was major... inconvenience and never any good customer service to balance it . First time - no expresso in the store.. okay that?s half themenu Second time - no donuts.. I actually had to make sure I was at the right place Third- closed early Fourth.. was fine Buttoday.. being #5 I bought one thing bacon avocado toast. And was charged for it. And got nothing . A soft piece of bread. MaybeHALF the avocado serving on there and NO bacon . So I had to drive back.. no I didn?t get any compensation for the inconveniencethey didn?t even offer or tried. Not a donut not even a sorry. $5 for nothing. I?ve always returned thinking it was just a badday in there. But the inconvenience here is very consistent. I?m more disappointed than anything. Read more
