The other mcdonald's around the area have better food. Unlike the other locations, this dining area is seemingly closed earlier... than closing time. I can understand that, but don't know why it took so long for one burger in the drive through with one car infront of me. Fortunately I'm closer to other locations and was just in the area so no need to go back to this one. Read more

I like this McDonald's, there food is usually on par with the best I ever have gotten from a McDonald's. And they don't bother... you while your sitting inside to eat or talk with someone. Good place. Read more

My son &I entered the dining room of Vineland New Jersey McDonald's #7723 @ 6:50 p.m. we placed a complete order on the kiosk.... we stood there for a minute when a young African-American female employee approached us @ told us that the dining room wasclosed.I proceeded to inform her that we have already placed our complete order.She became rude at this point & said you have togo through the drive thru.I indicated that there were other customers dining in & that the doors were unlocked.I said that itsnot our responsibility to ensure the doors were locked.now that we were in there & the order had been submitted there was noreason it shouldn't be filled. Meanwhile the manager is yelling from the kitchen, "No we won't fill the order they have to gothrough drive-thru." Mgr approaches. I tell her that we arrived & came through the doors that were unlocked, placed a completeorder on the kiosk and took note that there were other customers dining in. I did not understand what the problem was withfilling our order.She gave the excuse that the doors should not have been open & that they closed the dining room because thereare only four staff members on duty.I said it is not a customer's responsibility to make sure their doors are locked & it is nota customer's problem that they only have four people on duty. Regardless, its their job and customer service is theirresponsibility.The mgr became extremely agitated,rude and raised her voice yelling @ me she was not going to fill the order & togo to the drive-thru.I said her behavior & response to me indicates that my business & customer service mean nothing to her atall.She hollered back at me.I asked her for her name &a cooperate phone number.She continued to raise her voice.I told her thatthere was absolutely no reason for her to raise her voice holler @ me that it was extremely unprofessional.I asked again for hername & number.she stormed over to the register & hollered your total is $18.74.She rudely took the money Read more

I urge people to stay away from this McDonald?s located on Sherman. I?ll make this short and sweet. Not only did they forget... part of my order, but most of the burger was raw. Fast service and the chocolate milkshake was really good. Everyone else ate Big Macs, Quarter Pounders, French Fries, and One... person had an Oreo McCurry none of us had a problem with the food. Read more
