The service at this establishment is horrible. I placed an order through there app. Ordered the family box with two pizzas,... breadsticks and wings. I ordered the garlic parmesan wings and I got plain. Ordered 2-2 liter bottles of soda and onlyreceived one. When I called the restaurant to have my order corrected I was placed on hold for over 10 minutes and hung up ontwice. It took me a total of 5 calls before I could even get to speak to a manager. This is the second time that they messedup my order. We not be ordering from them again. Read more

The short skinny white girl with black hair is for sure stealing debit card info. Called the cops and they're looking into it... but I know it's her. I never use the card but what do ya know. I use it here once and now I have fraudulent charges. Read more
Check the picture of Pizza Huts side of fries. Lmao This is a joke. Not only are there hardly any fries in this huge bowl, they... are fried so hard it's like the potato just evaporated from inside of them. These are the hardest fries I've ever bit into. Andthe pizza is literally one of the worst pizzas I've had. Do better. Read more
Had the Detroit pizza for the first time today. Was a little disappointed. Had a decent flavor for being a franchise. The... pepperoni needs help. It was burnt to a crisp. It should be added to pizza when it comes out the oven and let the heat of thepizza cook it in the box. The oven is to hot for the pepperoni. Read more
Worst experience! I didn?t get the order I placed because they were out of certain items. You would think that the manager or... person in charge would have the decency of calling and letting me know to give me another option. To make matters worse thepasta I order was apparently on a diet. So I called to speak to a manager and I get put on hold for 10min until I finally hungup, I called back and no answer. I took my children here for the buffet at noon yesterday. The pizzas looked and tasted liked they had been under the lamps for... an hour and the salad bar looked a bit sad, though still edible. The kids said the pudding tasted sour. My 3 children and Imade up about half of the eat-in customers for the Friday Lunch Hour. The staff was friendly, but sparse. I've visited thisPizza Hut maybe once a year over the past decade. I haven't been particularly impressed, but found it acceptable. We usuallyorder a pizza and bread sticks, but we didn't want to take the time to wait for that yesterday. We did not get our money's worthwith the buffet, given the quality of what was available. It was a take out order. Took a little longer than usual, but I felt they were low on help. Food was good.
