I must say, that service/customer service here has dramatically gone DOWN in the years that I have been in this town. So much to... the point that we have decided if we EVER get a taste for Red Lobster, we will travel to another town to do so! 3 weeks ago wesat in our car for an hour and 15min (waiting for our table & I’m disabled) and we had been FORGOTTEN & we didn’t even get asimple apology for the oversight! Then tonight, 9/24/2022, we were yet AGAIN FORGOTTEN! sat in the car for 43 minutes watchingpeople come and go and we went inside and was told our table was ready just for the girl to say “NO, not them they have towait, this group is first!” Yet, I sat in my car watching that group walk in…so that was around 15-20 minutes after us. Now,I do understand that the size of the group sometimes factors in, however, the fact that we were FORGOTTEN twice doesn’t &there is NO EXCUSE FOR IT NOR THE ATTITUDE BEHIND their mistake! Also, I have been on hold for 21 minutes (presently still onhold) to speak to a manager! I have NEVER in my life had such a terrible experience paired with what seems to be incapable staff& lack of caring which is needed in customer service! Read more

We arrived 9pm just 1 hour before closing. We were seated and placed our order about 10 minutes later for Shrimp Linguini pasta,... salad and double portions of Salmon with mash potatoes. The free biscuits came out a little late but fresh and tasty. Our serverwas Annette and she was very nice. I thought the food was very good! The place was quiet, not too busy. Had the ultimate surf and turf and it was so much food. It was tasty and awesome! The bacon wrapped scallops were great. The... cheese biscuits to start are always good. Had the punch with blackberries and pineapple and then the Patron margarita. Spot on!The service was great! Read more

Save your money. Go elsewhere for seafood. Let me start by saying our server was great. He was attentive and polite so zero... complaints about him or the nice hostess. The steamed clams in garlic & berry mango daiquiri were amazing. After that it allwent downhill. The "spicy" potstickers- beyond 3 alarm hot. Ridiculously hot without good, enjoyable flavor. The lobster wasseverely dry. Shrimp skewer was fine. The admirals feast was fried into crematorium standards. The flounder was inedible becauseof it. The breading on the scallops was nasty & just crumpled off & the scallops were way too dry and hard from over-frying thatthey were also a major disappointment. $83 left $100 and split. I waited all day to get there after seeing Canadian Walleye wasavailable on Red Lobster menu on website-NOT! We stayed anyway & tried other items and so disappointed with the care our platesreceived from the kitchen that we will never visit another Red Lobster after our expensive dinner choice mistake.
