Awful service 3rd Friday. If not for all other positives prior visits, good burgers/wings, would say never going back. Older... female server clearly did not want to serve us. This after younger female hostess bypassed several good seats to seat us nearbathrooms. No! Beverages came timely by a helpful male. Observed server talking it up with people at another booth. Waited, andwaited some more. Finally came to take our order with "are we ready?" as if WE made HER wait! I replied "are you? or will youstand here talking to us for 10 minutes?" She said "I can. We were talking about Thanksgiving." (oooh, well that makes it ok tokeep us waiting). And leaned as if she would stand there and chat. Ordered Fish and Chips. "Sorry we don't have any," was thereply, at which point it was clear Red Robin and I were not meant to be on this early Friday evening. So we left to hersarcastic sing-song tone of "sorry we didn't have your fish and chips." As in, "they're not leaving bc of my sorry *ssservice." Will be writing to the manager. Read more

Went twice for dinner, a Thursday and a Saturday. Food was really good, not the best fries but excellent burgers. One night the... service was friendly and the speed was pretty good but the second time it was so slow! The server was MIA, one party leftbecause they were tired of waiting and the restaurant only had four tables seated, not busy at all. Read more

If I could put zero stars I would. Tonight me and my boyfriend went out to eat, I ordered a regular cheeseburger that comes with... mayo, tomato and cheese, I asked for no relish or lettuce. I received my burger with relish on it after my waitress evenrestated my order back to me when I first placed it. My boyfriend then asked her to remake it and stated I wanted the same thingwithout relish this time. They brought me a new burger with just cheese, and pickles. No sauce or tomato just a plaincheeseburger with pickles. At that point I was fed up and we just paid for our food AND we got charged for the burger that theymessed up. Never again will we go back to Red Robin. Read more

I'm usually very happy with Red Robin. This time I was not. I ordered food for pickup. We got 3 burgers, fries, onion rings, and... fried pickles. We also ordered two milk shakes. The food was very good, but I was disappointed with the milkshakes. They wereonly half full. I asked about it and was told that is how they make them to go. $6.29 for a half of milkshake is ridiculous! Read more

Beware pick up/curbside delivery.. check your food before leaving!!! We are highly disappointed and dissatisfied with the order... we picked up tonight. My spouse paid almost $80 for food that could fit in a happy meal box. The portion size was seriouslyincorrect. Due to the fact it was a pick up order and being still in a pandemic, we didn't realize the issue until we arrivedhome or else I would have walked the food right back in for my money back. The way the bill and portion size panned out was $10for a mac n cheese entree which was one scoop about 6-8oz. This is a side dish quantity not entree. Then we ordered an appetizerchips and artichoke/spinach dip that had only 12 chips, when a normal appetizer would have been a full plate. Also with the Macand cheese entree, it was supposed to be a side dish of soup, which also contained about 3-4 oz and it looks as if there wassoup eaten out of it and then reheated. Check your food before you leave!! Read more
