We waited 35 minutes while the counter was ignored but every drive thru order went out. We asked for a return after the... employees started cursing at each other. We had to wait an additional 5 minutes for the manager to do our refund, with noapology and she walked away from us twice to do other things before giving us our refund. Read more

This is an obviously well-managed business as evidenced by the cleanliness outside and inside, the professional conduct and... friendly courtesy of the staff, and the pride the line shows in the appearance and presentation of their product. We've beeneating at this location since it opened and have never had a single problem with order accuracy or quality of our foodregardless of how busy it may have been at the time we visited. The one in Millville, NJ is too cold it runs customer's out the door. Very sad that they will not decrease the coldness. Not... pleasant when you can't enjoy lunch inside. Read more

I frequented the Taco Bell on Delsea Drive in Vineland last week & I was incredibly disappointed with my visit. I paid, was not... given a receipt, not given the sauces I requested, and was immediately asked to pull into a parking spot to wait for my food. Iordered 3 steak cheesy gordita crunches & 2 crunch wrap supremes. The worker was very kind & apologetic for having me pull intoa spot. I waited 17 minutes for my items - which I didn't mind all that much considering how short staffed they were & the poorworker was running around to cars like crazy. When I got home I noticed my sauces were not in the bag (I requested to be surethey were twice) & when I bit into my crunch wrap supremes, there was no meat not melted cheese in them. None. Just lettuce,sour cream and tomatoes - it appeared. My Gorditas had roughly 6 tiny pieces of steak in them. I paid a little over $30 forthese items & could not have been more disappointed. This particular store is usually very good & on point. So this surprised megreatly. Hoping the next visit will be a little better. I'm sure the workers are trying their best. But shame on corporate forallowing them to struggle the way they were. Read more

Asked for something without beans and had beans while was eating. Was as sick as a dog for 3 days after. Guess allergic to the... beans. Will not do that again. If they can't pay attention to the orders will jot be going back. Read more

It's a chain fast food place. This visit, they got my order completely correct. It didn't earn 5 stars because the steak in the... order was pretty chewy. The taste was excellent which is one of the reasons I went with 4 stars. Read more

Where do I start with this review? Here's a TLDR rundown: - Food literally dumped in bags, including cinnamon twists and... nachos - Ordered steak on 3 of my tacos, no other toppings, but received 1 taco with steak, melted cheese, and fries, and 1 tacowith all toppings, 3rd taco was missing - Missing dorito taco - Missing fries - Cold food - You cannot go into the store todispute any issues since the doors are kept locked and the drive-thru was out to the street - No solution was offered at thedrive-thru window - Called location and was initially unprofessionally addressed by the "manager" after first being told that nomanager was present, was told that they "didn't care" about my messed up order and when I asked if they were aware of what theiremployees were doing they also stated that they "didn't care" I'm not one to complain about my experiences with fast food and Iunderstand that some mistakes are, well, mistakes. I've had numerous problems with this location though nearly every time I'vegone here, but this was FAR from a mere mistake. Corporate needs to take a visit to this location and supervise the employeeshere since their managers "don't care" enough about their jobs, what their employees are doing, and the customer experience as awhole.
