25 min for two toasted bagels and 2 coffees at 9:15 am. All students working and doing their best, but clearly more staff was... needed. I felt so sorry for the girl making the food, she was doing her best, but it was evident it was far too much for oneperson. Her poor face was beet red and she was going full tilt. Read more

This Tim Horton's is one of the worst run coffee shops. Minimal staff means waiting in drive thru up to 20 minutes some times. ... I have timed it. Or you can go inside and wait there. The service is extremely slow. Filthy. My coffee cup was places on acounter covered in dry stale coffee and crumbs. The rest of the restaurant was not any better. The floors and tables weredirty with garbage left behind from customers. Lots of flies in the restaurant landing on the few donuts that were available forsale. They regularly run out of food and coin to make change. The manager is no where in sight. Dare not venture into using thebathrooms. And they have passed Public Health's protocol!! Tells you a lot about just how scrupulous Public Health is in theirinspections. After visiting several times because it is the only TH in the area, I will not be returning and spending my moneythere. Very disappointing. Read more

Decent Tim Hortons. Perfect location for a rest stop right beside the QEW. Complete with a few road side fruit/vegetable vendors... set up on site. Parking lot could use some work though, lines painted etc. Read more

This is actually an impressive Tim Hortons. Eager, young, pleasant staff, well appointed donut options and an easy on/off ramp.... I call it the "abandoned Tim Hortons" because everything else closed down around. But it speaks to the awesomeness. I wouldhowever challenge the team members to visit/clean the bathroom more often...see pic. Read more

Absolutely dreadful. Ordered 2 sandwiches then got on the QEW highway. Started eating them. Both badly burnt. I complained... to Tim Hortons (corporate) and they offered 70 Tim Points worth 1 regular coffee. ** Update June 18, 2022 ** The manager /owner of this location contacted me and dealt with the situation very professionally. Someone named Cristina took my order. Tim Hortons needs to give her a raise or some form of recognition because this place is... understaffed but Cristina (and the rest of the staff too) handled it so well! They're definitely working their butts off. Theplace was a little noisy so when I was giving my order, I guess the noise and the miscommunication led to have two less coffeesin what we ordered and when we tried to order it again, Cristina said it was her mistake for not hearing us/clarifying and gaveus two coffees on the house. All this whilst working on other orders. She handled the situation beautifully (not because shegave us free coffees but because she thought quickly) and it upheld Tim Hortons's vision. She was customer-oriented and was SOsweet! Enjoyed my experience. If I lived close by, I'd be there twice everyday. Thank you Cristina for making our day and forthe coffees! Read more
