I eat a lot of steak and can hands-down say, the filet mignon I had here was the best steak I've ever had! The dish was on the... expensive side - the tagliatelle with filet mignon but both the steak and accompanying pasta and sauce were delicious. Othersalso enjoyed their meals. Terrible experience tonight. Had a reservation for 8 people at 7:30pm. We weren’t seated until 8:30 and nothing was offered... while we waited and nothing was brought to the table before 9pm. Came across Salvatore’s through a search and booked a reservation for the same evening — a very relaxing vibe with a well... designed, petite bar. Our server was attentive, personable, and ensured we knew the answers to our questions. Me and my ladyordered the Spaghetti Vongole & Linguini Scampi (white wine / sauce dishes) that were OK at best, but the rest of our familyordered the Pappardelle Al Fileto Di Manzo & Tagliatelle Ragu, which they REALLY enjoyed — maybe the chef isn’t too fond ofwhite sauce dishes. We tried the 4 bruschetta, the Pappardelle with duck and the chicken with pesto. The pasta ???? were cooked perfectly, the duck... ???? was tender, and overall the dishes were well balanced, made with quality ingredients.
