Employees do there very best. Curious, helpful and always going beyond there job to please people. Love the store part . Fresh... produce. Dairy and meat are decent priced and good. My only regret is Love to have a bigger braums. Miss the kids having a smallball pit to play in. That was years ago. Assorted ice cream is the best. Braums bring a sale of something each week. In a world where everything seems out of whack I can sleep at night knowing you can get this much food for $5.99 + tax. How did... it take me so long to know about the chicken strip combo?? Tho the store looks great, after the remodel, the service left a LOT to be desired!! I understand most places have "kids"... working the evening and weekend shifts, but that's no excuse for poor customer service! We walked up to the counter, and twoyoung men were talking; we got an odd look, when they finally acknowledged us. (I actually felt as we were bugging, orinterrupting them.) We placed our food order, and told him twice, it was for "here", not "to go". When our number was finallycalled, my man came to the table, with everything bagged up, "to go"! Strike #2! Then when he opened his burger, it just lookednasty (I didn't get a pic, because I don't mess with his food, esp when he's hangry.) and he was immediately disgusted. But wewere so hungry, we ate some of it; luckily my chicken strip dinner wasn't too bad, except for the rock-hard dinner roll. Just avery disappointing experience, all around!!! Read more
Well, when you order a combo #7..it comes with frys, should not matter if you order water to drink..my choice not... yours.. summary of story..i ordered 2 #7s with water to drink..the cashier choose to just do sandwiches, "because the combocomes with a drink and you got water"....wth..smh..ya can't make this up.
