Poor customer service, i called to complain about my pizza not having a topping and got transferred to customer services that... then gave me a number for health insurance when it was supposed to be for corporate since i was told they neither instore orcustomer services could help me. Very poor service and very poor food making. If the topping isnt there i can understand fastfood joints running out of things. But this goose chase on the phone for just refund is absurd and to have to call the store asecond time and just handed the refund immediately tells me that this isnt the first time they have throw responsibility off tosomeone else. Thank you to the woman who was simply able to give me a refund on the second call back but the first attendent topick up the phone and the pizzahut customer service agent i was apparently transferred to had abysmal customer service skills. Great Pepperoni pizza. Hot with lots of meat and cheese. The cheese bread sticks were delicious as well. Attentive staff.
Full crew even late supper time. Prompt seating and ordering. Quick delivery of hot food. Service was excellent. We will... definitely return when we're back in the area and recommend to local family. Read more
