Heard Caseys bought John?s Qwik Stop and A&W and Godfathers are closing. Terrible. We DONT need another Casey?s. Their pizza is... gross, too greasy and way too much cheese, it?s overpriced for the quality that you get. Rather eat frozen pizza. They alwaysget our order wrong when we want a 1/2 and 1/2 pizza. They put the topping(s) on the whole pizza. Apparently they can?t read theorder ticket. So Vinton getting another Casey?s is a step backwards for sure when the first location is a huge disappointment.The only positive in this situation is if they carry Chester?s Chicken and the sides, if they don?t then forget it. Excellent newer and clean store. Very nice and friendly staff. Food and service are great.
I don?t usually leave reviews but I came into this Casey?s today, mind you I?m 8 months pregnant, to get some food and a case of... water, the lady by food area, Jodie, carried my water to my car for me! It?s the little things that make peoples day and beingon my own and not having help, that really touched me. She deserves a huge shout out for going the extra mile because she is asweet heart!!!!! Always have my cold coffee in stock, thank god cause I need it before I deal with people for the day who get on my last nerve!... Lol. Dedication and efficient. I wish ya'll would move to Louisiana as I grew up around a Casey's until I was 41....it's been 12years and I dislike the kum and go's or the little "hood" choke and puke! Lol Read more
Pizza is reliably over cooked. Staff is consistently borderline rude. Complains openly about management and company as a whole.... Nice new building ruined by poor staff attitude and performance, update: change rating from 1 to 3 stars because there has beensome improvement in all areas mentioned. Read more
They need to hire more help, so when their employees are sick they can stay home & go to Dr., instead of exposing all their... customers to their Illnesses. Like I know a couple of the girls were at work, one with Strep Throat, which a lot of ppl are verysusceptible to & yet another talked of being at the Dr., that morning diagnosed with Murssa which, if in the hospital with it,anyone coming in your room must gown down,Also one of the cashiers stated she too had Pneumonia, which is another communicabledisease we pass one to another & these employees are the ones making the food, as they cough & blow their noses, us customersbuy & eat. Maybe the employees would have a much better attitude & be more customer friendly if they were treated a littlebetter & weren't at work while sick. Read more
Didn't bother getting food, many people just left out of line because the employees were to busy talking with there friends.
