Not a fan. The food tasted alright, but destroyed my stomach. Also, the customer service was horrible. Stood there for a minute... with no one at the counter, then the one worker who does show up is on her phone on a call. She never spoke to me other than"small, medium, or large?" She didn't say "hey", or what can I get for you?" She looked at me, at the register, them back at me,and I took that as a sign that I should order. I don't know why I didn't leave. Stopped for a quick bite on our way home driving through the area. Blah food but nice service.
It took 3 tries to get my chicken sand right. It was a regular chicken sand with Mayo only. I'm not sure what was going on in... the back. The server was very nice and helpful. She didn't get much help from the cooks. Read more
Went in for breakfast while visiting family in Vinton. There appeared to only be two people who were there working. Ordered... breakfast at 10.. just before they switched to the lunch menu. Had to wait until one of the two employees were able to take theorder at the front counter. The manager is rude and really doesn't want to give the customer what they requested even when itisn't something normally done but can be done.. love the food.. but don't like the service at this location. The food was good but I think there was only one person working. I ordered on the app so I didn't know til I waited a while for... our order. I wish the app would let you know you might have a longer wait at certain locations. We would have went down the roadinstead of bothering one worker. Read more
Worst service I've experienced. They rejected the store code for the discount and they were very rude about it. They could've... honored the price but they wouldn't do it. I'll never visit this place ever again. Read more
It's Burger King, so normal fare. But my order was correct and the food was hot.
