You have to hit this bojangles at certain times of the day. Certain shifts do not care about what food they serve you. I've... gotten old cold fries, other times I've gotten fries with no flavor, no seasoning, old green beans, dry over cooked chicken..etc but if you go earlier in the day the food is how it should be. It's really hit or miss with this Bojangles. Feels likeyou're playing roulette lol! Read more

The man on the drive thru window each day is fabulous. Personable and friendly. Makes each morning start off well. He would make... a great trainer for how to communicate with the public. 10 of 10 Read more

Love me some Biscuits! The ham biscuits were on special $4 for 2. Very tasty. Hubby likes the Cajun biscuit! Only complaint is... they are so darn popular an average wait time in drive thru is 15-20 minutes. I suggest adding another drive through! Read more

I went to Bojangles today, 3/30/22 to get my husband and I something to eat. Bojangles is our favorite restaurant in Vinton or... should I say was our favorite, after today. I spent $23.56 on a Cajun filet biscuit, with mayo and tomato; that ended up havingno filet on it just mayo and tomato. The Bo Cheddar melt, the chicken filet on it looked as if it had been soaked in dish water. What I think was crust was spongey and peeling off the chicken, which it didn't look fully cooked. We were afraid to eat it,because we didn't want to get sick. The best thing about the meal was the tea and bottled water. I don't think I can bringmyself to go back there to eat and I will tell my family to be careful, no one wants to end up in the hospital. Read more
