Didn't add tomato to chicken sandwich and the bun only had mayonnaise half of it. Sat in drive thru close to 30 minutes.
This store is a perfect example of poor management. Took over 20 minutes to get 2 sandwiches and sides. Then they said they were... out of biscuits for the chicken sandwich. Wait there's no chicken sir we have to drop more. Freakin joke. Read more

Went to the one in Vinton two weeks ago and got fries that was still frozen. Went today and got what looks like a crumbled... receipt in my whopper. I'm done. Sorry you only hire sorry people to work there. They are ruining your good name. Read more
This burger king has always been super slow even way before the pandemic. I know business's are struggling with being short... staffed but there is no excuse for getting cold food if you have to wait 22 minutes plus. There was only 3 cars ahead of me.It's a shame because their new chicken sandwich is really good when hot and fresh but definitely not worth waiting for 20+minutes and still getting food that's not fresh. Waited about 30 minutes for food. Very unorganized. Had about 5 people working. Everyone was waiting on the cook. They... overwhelmed him with orders before he could get the first ones filled. My fries were cold burger had no onion and only one pieceof tomato in the center. I have always loved the burgers and have taken my children there since they were little. They are nowadults. So sad to see a business quality of food go down!! I won?t be going back to the Vinton, VA location. Read more
