I ordered 2 salads, chicken & parm bread bites to be delivered. It took an hour & 15 min to get delivered.. I know everyone is... short-staffed & it wouldn't have been a big deal but the salads looked awful.. wilted and brown. ???? Read more
Up date your pizza tracker. When it says on its way and it?s a 10 minute drive it shouldn?t take an hour. And then it?s cold and... soggy when it gets here. Not to mention my simple 2 topping pizza was supposed to be Philly steak and bacon instead I got bacondust and invisible steak. So $32 gets you almost an hour late cold wet (from condensation) food. With unsatisfactoryingredients.And dominos is a franchise and the owner never reached out to fix the situation or to even apologize I guess that?show the Privileged are these days. Read more
In a time when I've been very frustrated w/ other local chains' quality & customer service, Domino's shines. I've actually never... had a problem with an order, I've always been able to reach them by phone, & I've always had great customer service--fast yetpersonal. So glad that Domino's has continued to raise their standards while everyone else seems to be lowering them. They willcontinue to be our first choice for pizza. Read more
Ordered my food in advance when it got to me the cheese bread and cheese pizza looked awful. THE cheese was not fresh and had... either been cooked too long or was sitting under the lights for a long time. I called and they simply refused to make it right.I will not be ordering from them ever again. The manager was rude. And hateful .. I have never been so disrespected in all mylife. They could have took the old ones back and brought me new ones. But they refused to do that. This location has gotten progressively worse. After years of online delivery orders and extremely generous tips it?s time to... move on. Too many pizzas places in Vinton to choose from to tolerate poor quality, poor service and missing ingredients. Read more
