We missed dinner on Tuesday because I took my wife to emergency. Everything turned out fine and we left emergency at 11:15 at... night. My phone said McDonald's was open 24 hours, but when we got there orange cones blocked the entrance and it was darkinside. Very disappointing. Read more
I'm so frustrated! This is the second time I've gone down there in the wee hours of the morning, all set for burger and... fries. Despite the hours listed online, and on the driveway sign, it is NOT open 24 hours! Website states hours were verified aweek ago. Use to never get cold food or bad service from this location. I just had to get a refund because the nuggets were so old. I... returned them twice before I just gave up. I heard the manager say they been out for a hour the first time!! I was like wow, nowonder they so hard and dry. The remake was nothing but more old food. DAN and Mr Lewis would never approve of the food comingout of this location. 460 location makes fresh every time, with excellent customer service. It makes me mad and my daughter madwhen I get mcdonald's and then it's so bad I have to make her wait after she has seen it to eat. My husband returned the foodlast week for same thing and that's 40 nuggets 80 after remake just lost to the trash! Food cost I know have to be high!! The best food quality of all of the McDonald's is Vinton's location, hands down. The parking lot could use some expansion but... otherwise usually a good fast food chain. Read more
