One guy making sandwiches, 3 employees standing there watching. Had to leave before we could order, ran out of time.

Bread was stale, lettuce was brown. Awful sandwich. 2 stars because the server girl was very attentive and polite.
Made a visit to this location 06/11/22. Was treated so rudely by the girl with the nose ring. Didn?t get her name but it was... obvious she had a chip on her shoulder. The staff was so untrained. I will save myself the grief of a return visit. Read more
Store closes @ 9pm, right? At 8:47pm, my son and I are walking up to the door. An employee comes and locks the door in our... face, while other 2 employees are laughing. How rude and beyond disrespectful. After having this experience, I will never tryto go back to Vinton, VA location. Employees need to be trained better and/or supervise more. Read more
The Subway was busy but the line moved quickly. I recieved my sandwich, chips, drink in short time. I ate at a small table,... cleaned up my mess, then left with the remainder of my drink.
